3. Orders & Contract Confirmation

• Orders may be placed online or offline through our purchasing system.

• Payment confirmation completes the order. You will receive an email verifying acceptance.

• Product supply is subject to availability. If unavailable, we may suggest an alternative of similar quality, price, and features. You may choose to accept or decline, in which case a refund will be issued.

• Pre-booked/pre-ordered items may be cancelled by MPA International Organization due to import, customs, or supply-related issues.

4. Product Guarantee

• All products are covered under applicable consumer protection laws.

• Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.

• Product images and descriptions are for guidance only and may differ from the actual item.

• Any defects must be reported immediately via email to Customer Service for resolution.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided prior approval is obtained.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with labels intact.

• Refunds will be issued as either:

  1. A full return of the amount paid, or

  2. Store credit valid for 6 months (as per your choice).

• Items that are used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Delays caused by force majeure or courier service issues are beyond our responsibility.

• Couriers will attempt delivery twice; if unsuccessful, the order will be returned. In such cases, MPA International Organization may deduct costs for damages or failed delivery attempts.

7. Pricing & Payment Security

• Product prices are displayed on the website and include VAT (excluding shipping charges).

• Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or international delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified immediately and may choose to cancel or proceed with the corrected price. If no response is received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled, and a refund processed.

• Payments are processed securely through top financial institutions.

• To prevent fraud, MPA International Organization, may verify buyer information and reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders.
