We value our customers and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please read the following carefully before initiating any return or refund.
General Policy
• Returns are accepted for new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns made after 5 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.
• Products must include the original packaging, documentation, warranty card, and proof of purchase.
• Returns without these conditions will not be honored.
Non-Returnable & Restricted Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Used, refurbished, demo, or damaged-box medical equipment (final sale, unless written approval is obtained).
• Disposable medical supplies (e.g., gloves, syringes, masks).
• Items damaged during use, mishandling, or transit back to MPA International.
• MPA International Organization brand equipment – returnable with up to 30% restocking fee; customer pays return shipping.
o Non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.
o Cancellations may incur up to 40% fee.
o Once shipped, they can only be repaired or returned directly to the manufacturer (at their discretion).
• Hygiene-sensitive products that come into contact with the human body (pillows, mattresses, diapers, braces, splints, cushions, etc.) due to strict resale regulations.
• Broken or partial cases of consumables.
• Branded sealed items (with IMEI/serial numbers) once the seal is broken:
o If accepted, 40–50% restocking fees will apply.
• Specials & On-Sale items: refundable/exchangeable only if defective or damaged at delivery (subject to stock availability).
Brand Warranty Conditions
• Warranty is valid only with a properly activated warranty card or online warranty confirmation.
• Used or warranty-activated products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If a brand allows warranty cancellation with a fee, that fee will be deducted from the refund.
Defective Products
• Defective medical equipment will be exchanged only with the same product type.
Return Process (RFI Number Required)
• All returns require a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from BRIGHT WAY.
• Products sent without an RFI number will not be accepted.
• To obtain an RFI, contact our Customer Service Department.
Shipping Responsibility
• Returns must be shipped through a prepaid, trackable courier (TCS, M&P, Leopards, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Pakistan Post).
• Items must be securely packaged.
• Customers are fully responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Gifts with Purchase
• Free or discounted items received with a purchase must be returned in original condition with the qualifying product.
• If not returned, the gift’s retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Method & Timeline
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method:
o Bank Transfer (Pakistan only): Customer must provide account title, number, bank name, and branch code.
o Card / Online Payment: A 2.85% transaction fee (charged by payment processors) will be deducted.
• Refunds are issued within 72 working hours after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
